# Natural Process Coffee

Natural process coffee dries as whole cherry, with the fruit still wrapped around the bean from harvest to hulling. Sugars from the fruit migrate into the seed as it dries, giving natural lots a fuller body and more pronounced fruit character: berries, stone fruit, and sometimes a wine-like intensity.
